All posters fulfilling the entry criteria will be entered into a competition and evaluated by judges for the competition. Based on the evaluation of the judges first, second, and third place winners will be announced at the end of session.
The poster should be a clear visual/ pictorial presentation of the submitted abstract.
Your poster should include:
- Title
- Names of author, coauthor(s) (with contact details including e-mail address of the corresponding author), and the institution(s)
- A brief introduction
- Goals,
- Methodology
- Conclusions, and
- References
Poster’s Format:
Please ensure following dimensions for the poster:
1. Poster size should be 36 inches (length) x 24 inches (width), portrait format.
2. It is recommended to use Times New Roman font style.
3. Be sure to clearly indicate your title, author names, and affiliated institutions at the top of your poster.
