Prof. Dr. Rifaat Saif Dar

Chairperson, Research Center of Art and Design, Lahore College for Women University, Lahore.

Rifaat Saif Dar is a Professor of Fine Arts. She holds the key position of Chairperson of the Research Center of Art and Design at Lahore College for Women University. Her PhD is in Gandhara Art Studies, and her Degree of Masters in Fine Arts with a Gold Medal, making her a distinguished and active researcher in the field of Art History, Archaeology, cultural studies, and Fine Arts. Exploring diversified research domains is her main objective for academics, so the newly emerged research scholars create awareness about the Indigenous Cultural Heritage of South Asia, particularly of Pakistan.
She is a member of the International Council of Museums ICOM, the Museum Association of Pakistan, Artists Association of Punjab. And the recipient of many national scholarships. She is the author of two books and has drafted numerous articles on different research areas, which are closely aligned with her career objectives.

Dr. Suriyya Choudhary

Chairperson, Department of Fine Arts, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.

Born in Quetta, Pakistan, I have completed BFA & MFA in Graphic Design from the College of Art and Design, University of the Punjab, I have received distinction in MFA on my project Vision 20210 Pakistan. Lahore in 1999. Since 2000, I am part of both academic and administrative positions in Fatima Jinnah Women University. I am a recipient of Faculty Development Scholarship for PhD and in 2014, I completed practice-based PhD in Fine Arts from University of Reading, UK. I have exhibited my work and presented research papers in UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan. I was a visiting fellow at Department of Asian and Oriental Art history at the University of Bonn, Germany since 2011. I am member of various Boards of art institutes in Pakistan. I am also member of selection boards for art and design in various universities, as well as member of Higher Education Commission committees includingcurriculum development and institutional vetting of Art and Design. My practice investigates visuality, representation, creative pedagogies, and visual culture.

Prof. Dr. Tahir Khalily

Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Khalily currently serves as the Vice-Chancellor of Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak. He served as Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University, Islamabad. He was also Chair of the Department of Psychology and Vice President (Academics) at the International Islamic University, Islamabad. Dr. Khalily has served as Head and Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Psychology Department of Roscommon Mental Health Service in Ireland, and as Clinical Supervisor at the School of Psychology, National University of Ireland, Galway. Dr. Khalily holds a Master’s degree from Trinity College Dublin, University of Dublin, Ireland; and a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from the University of Edinburgh, UK. He also completed an advanced course in Neuropsychology from Beaumont Hospital Dublin and holds certification in Neurofeedback from the Siegfried Othmer Institute, Norway. His recent interests include the incorporation of Islamic perspectives within contemporary therapeutic frameworks. Dr. Khalily is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, an Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland, and an Executive Member of the Pakistan Psychological Association. He has authored three books and a study report, published numerous research articles in peer-reviewed and impact factor journals, and regularly presents at national and international conferences. His  commitment to bridging scientific psychology withIslamic values underscores his lifelong mission to advance the field of mental health in both academic and cultural dimensions.

Prof. Dr. Rubina Hanif

Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad

Dr. Rubina Hanif is a Professor of Psychology at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, with over two decades of teaching, research, and administrative leadership. She holds extensive experience in curriculum development, faculty training, and program evaluation. Dr. Hanif’s research focuses on mental health, family dynamics, and psychosocial wellbeing in Pakistani contexts. She has authored numerous publications, supervised postgraduate research, and contributed to national policy discussions on psychological health. A dedicated academic and mentor, she is committed to advancing psychology through evidence-based practice, education, and capacity building in Pakistan.

Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique

Professor Dr Rafia Rafique academic profile speaks for itself. She is President Pakistan Psychological Association of Pakistan. She is currently working as Director Institute of Applied Psychology University of the Punjab. She has been awarded National Talent Scholarship. Her name is published in the encyclopedia  of high achievers of Kinnaird College 'Light, Courage and Love'. She completed her post doc from University of Nottingham UK. She was awarded  the 6th HEC outstanding research award. She has supervised many PhDs and post doc Dr Rafia has been awarded with Pride of the Nation Award. Dr Rafia is visiting research scientist at York University Canada. Her community services for mental health are remarkable. She is known for her contribution as psychologists on different media platforms. During pandemic she started one minute video series and recorded many programs for helping people improve wellbeing. Dr Rafia started free online mental health services named Covid -19 Mental Health Services from the platform of Institute of Applied Psychology, PU. She is member of American and Canadian Psychological Associations. Dr Rafia is a reviewer for 32 National and international journals. She has more than 90 research publications in National and impact factor journals. Currently she is serving as member board of director for international Institute of Muslim Mental Health and Family Therapy Malaysia.

Prof. Dr. Amna Muazzam

Prof. Dr. Amina Muazzam is distingused educationist and mental health professional with over 20 years of experience in counseling, research, and teaching. She has completed more than 2000 hours of supervised clinical training, working at leading hospitals in Pakistan and at the Global Mental Health Division, University of Manchester, UK. She has published over 150 research papers with 1,000+ citations, supervised 22 PhD scholars, and achieved an impact factor of 26 in 2022–23. Her contributions have been recognized internationally, earning her the Denmark Gunnvald Award for Feminist Research and Services (2024) and nationally with the HEC Best University Teacher Award (2024). Prof. Muazzam has served two consecutive terms as Director at Large, International Council for Psychologists, and played a leading role in the WHO Rehabilitation Policy 2030 and Pakistan’s Presidential Tele-Mental Health Helpline. Currently, she is a Professor and Chairperson, Department of Applied Psychology, LCWU, and continues to inspire
as a researcher.
